The Campion Old Boys Reunion this year will be held on August 5th, 2012.  It will be preceded by the Annual Sports Day.  All old boys are cordially invited. God bless you.

Campion School has a new uniform

This academic year dawned with a new school uniform for the boys.  The uniform is sky blue shirt and feroze blue pants.  God be praised!

Reunion Day - Last Sunday in Ju;ly

Yesterday, 3rd July, 2011, the Campion Old Boys Reunion Day was held.  It was a wonderful event.  The 1986 batch celebrated their silver jubilee reunion.  Henceforth the last Sunday of July would be the reunuion day.  This change is to facilitate greater participation by the old boys.  The last Sunday of July would fall in the inauspicious Tamil month of Aadi and therefore more old boys would be free to visit their Alma Mater  At present the call of Domestic obligations sees them attending ceremonies and functions elsewhere.   May God bless you.

Obituary

One of our boys, Placid of Std.IX D passed away on Thursday, 30th September, 2010, at about 8.15 a.m.  He had been suffering from bone cancer.  May his soul rest in peace.

DIARY OF EVENTS

On 7th July, 2010, Wednesday, the activities of the Literary and Debating Association and all the clubs were inaugurated by Dr.Bennet, Dept. of English, National College, Trichy. The Chief Guest appreciated the presentation made by the Book-Talk Club wherein the Holy Bible and Uncle Tom's Cabin were depicted as two great books that have changed the course of  history.
On 12th July, 2010, at 6a.m. , Mrs. Magadalin, history and geography teacher in Campion, breathed her last.
She had been suffering from breast cancer. May her soul rest in peace.

Campion old boys reunion day

Today, the fourth of July, 2010 we had the 64th COBA REUNION.  Mr.Kathikeyan  and Mr.Anurag have been elected as the new vice-president of coba and new secretary of coba respectively.  At the friendly football match - old vs. present, the present boys beat the old boys by four goals to three.  The old boys congratulated the President on the centum passes in both the higher secondary and high school public examinations.  Salahuddin, a student sportsman who had represented India at an international meet in Singapore in Triple Jump was honoured.  Also Anto Ryan Raj of Std.X who won the third prize under literary merit category in a competition conducted by NASA, USA, was honoured. PUBLIC EXAMS AT CAMPION

146 boys are taking their Std.XII examinations at Campion.  On 23rd March, 185 boys will appear for the Std.X Public Examination.  May all our children reap great success in their examinations.  Our prayers and good wishes go with them.
